Builder, researcher, designer.
Daylan founded GainAI to work at the intersection of applied product and applied research — the seam where shipping pressure forces honesty about what AI can actually do, and research pressure forces honesty about what it can't.
The lab is small on purpose. Few projects at a time, no roadmap theater, the work and the writing live in the same notebook.
